Correlation Network – European Network Social Inclusion & Health is pleased to invite you to the European Correlation Conference ‘Getting out of the margins in Europe – changing realities and making the difference’, to be held on 12-14 december 2011 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Conference is co-hosted by the Pompidou Group of the Council of Europe and is being organised under the patronage of the Slovenian Ministry of Health.
Correlation is known as a network, which brings together people and different stakeholders – such as service providers, service users, researchers and policy makers – with the aim to break down barriers and to create new and innovative ways of cooperation and approaches.
The conference is build on this principle. The programme includes high level policy plenary and major discussions as well as abstract driven sessions and skill building workshops.
